Cincinnato is a certified organic co-op located just outside of Rome, in Lazio, Italy, that focuses on indigenous grapes grown by about 100 local families. This salty, lemony, super vibrant bottling features the rare Bellone grape variety, cultivated on volcanic soils and vinified in stainless steel. A perfect seafood wine, this has great textural appeal and is broad and ample on the palate.
