This dry-farmed orange wine is made of 100% Moscatel which was grown organically on 60 year old vines in Chile's Itata Valley. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, this fabulous find went through 6 months of skin contact in concrete tanks and was then aged for 4 months in old French oak before being bottled unfiltered. This is gorgeous on the nose, with exotic honeysuckle and lychee aromas that lead into a dry, racy palate. What an intriguing discovery from Chile!
