Nero d'Avola, one of Sicily's signature red varietals, comes in a kaleidoscope of expressions. This pretty, very delicate bottling from Masseria Del Feudo explores the floral, dainty side of this indigenous Italian grape. Certified organic, this is soft and fresh with vibrant violet aromas and zesty raspberry and black currant flavors on the palate. The fruit for this wine was grown in the rolling hills of Caltanisetta, just north of Agrigento by Francesco and Carolina Cucurullo, whose agricultural history in this area goes back over a century.
