This pungent, racy, certified organic Sauvignon Blanc hails from Arroyo Seco in Monterey County, which is located in California's Central Coast. Sourced from a rocky single vineyard planting called Zabala, this was partially aged in neutral barrel to bring depth and texture to the wine.
