This fresh, crisp, unoaked Chardonnay was farmed organically by boutique producer Skylark in California's Mendocino County. Only 300 cases produced in total, this is a pure, fruit-driven expression of Chardonnay that doesn't hide behind oak, and instead shows a zesty core of granny smith apple, meyer lemon, tangerine and bosc pear fruit. Perfectly unadorned and beautifully balanced.
