This LIVE certified sustainable Chardonnay was sourced from Fern Creek and Giving Tree vineyards, which are located in the newly established Mount Pisgah AVA in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Native yeast fermented and aged for 10 months in a combination of stainless steel and mostly neutral oak barrels, this is very much Chablis-like in style, showing chiseled acidity and vivid notes of marzipan, golden apple, vanilla bean and meyer lemon.
