This bright, zesty blend of Malvar, Macabeo, Moscatel and Albillo was grown in the Vinos de Madrid DO which lies just north of La Mancha, about an hour from the city of Madrid. Farmed using organic and biodynamic viticultural practices with very minimal intervention, this cool-climate, high-elevation wine was fermented with wild yeasts and delivers juicy apricot, pomelo and meyer lemon fruit on a racy palate.
