De Forville is a small, traditional, family-owned producer in Piemonte, based in the town of Barbaresco. Their single vineyard Barbera bottling, Ca' del Buc, is classically styled, elegant and refined, and was farmed sustainably. Aged for 12 months in large neutral barrel, this Barbera, which comes from the sub-region of Asti, is redolent of red forest berries, fresh bing cherries, and crushed graphite.
