This grippy, super expressive, slam dunk Beaujolais bottling hails from several organically farmed vineyard parcels surrounding the village of Lantignie. Made of 100% Gamay vinified classically with minimal intervention, very low sulfur, native yeasts, and semi-carbonic whole cluster fermentation. Pure and simply delicious, this is lifted and bright, with gorgeous deep purple boysenberry and mulberry fruit.
