This sustainably farmed Assyrtiko hails from high-elevation vineyards in the appellation of Florina in northwest Greece, which is a mountainous area surrounded by lakes. Salty, mineral and super energetic, this has fabulous acidic verve, mineral intensity, and lovely aromatic notes of candied grapefruit, meyer lemon, lemongrass and white flowers.
