This super expressive, sustainably grown Jacqueres hails from the appellation of Apremont in France's Savoie. The whites in this Alpine region are lithe and feather-weight in style and this excellent example shows off all of the wonderful characteristics of Jacqueres - from its crushed sea salt minerality to its vibrant honeydew melon and ripe pineapple aromatics. Les Rocailles is owned by two childhood friends, Guillaume Durand and Alban Thouroude, who took the reins from Pierre Boniface.
