This flinty, super elegant example of Germany's sleeper variety, Muller Thurgau, was farmed organically in the Nahe by visionary winemaker Tim Frohlich. Fermented with wild yeasts, this is mouth-filling and lush but also crisp and crystalline, which is very difficult to achieve. You'll see a gorgeous, fragrant palate here teeming with white peach and white nectarine fruit and beautifully chiseled minerality.
