Tatomer is a fabulous organic producer known for crafting Austrian and German style bottlings in California's Central Coast. This crisp, zippy blend of 50% Gruner Veltliner and 50% dry Riesling was sourced from Kick-On Ranch, John Sebastiano, Paragon and La Estancia vineyards in Santa Barbara County and Santa Lucia Highlands, and opens with textbook notes of white pepper spice, lime zest and granny smith apple. The palate here is clean and citrusy, showing juicy lemon and lime flavors and a mouth-watering core of acidity. Only 300 cases were produced in total.
