This excellent, single vineyard example of Sylvaner hails from Santa Maria Valley on California's central coast and channels this grape variety's Alsatian and German roots in terms of its style and expression. Sourced from Rancho Sisquoc vineyard, this tiny production bottling (only 200 cases made) shows lovely aromatic notes of Asian pear, gardenia and granny smith apple.
