This soft, elegant, Italian Pet-Net hails from the Colli Trevigiani region in the Veneto and is made of 100% Glera. Farmed organically in high altitude vineyards, and native yeast fermented with no added sulfites, this cloudy, unfiltered bottling features a fine, delicate mousse and lovely floral notes of acacia, chamomile, honeysuckle, pomelo and pear. Clean, juicy, altogether delicious stuff with excellent chalky mineral undertones.
