This Bordeaux Blanc hails from the appellation of Sainte Croix du Mont, which overlooks the Garonne River, and is comprised of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon. Farmed sustainably and lees aged for 6 months in stainless steel, this is bright, vivid and lemony, showing tangy passion fruit, lemongrass and ruby red grapefruit notes on a crisp, refreshing palate.
