This certified organic, native yeast-fermented bottling is comprised of 100% Verdejo and hails from the Spanish appellation of Rueda. Made by the sixth generation of the Sanz family, whose winemaking history in Rueda dates back to the start of the 19th century, this is perfectly clean, crisp and fresh. Aged on its lees in stainless steel for 3 months, this wine shows lovely salinity and fragrant notes of grapefruit, fennel and lemon zest.
