This crisp, lively white from Rioja in Spain is made of 100% Tempranillo Blanco, which is an actual mutation of the red Tempranillo grape, and not a white wine made in a "Blanc de Noirs" style from red grapes. Grown organically by Javier Palacios, this fascinating wine shows lots of stony minerality, vibrant acidity, and mouth-watering notes of green plum, ruby red grapefruit, meyer lemon and crushed sea salt.
