This chiseled blend of 50% Nebbiolo, 40% Croatina and 10% Vespolina hails from Bramaterra in Alto Piemonte, Italy and was farmed organically. Grown on volcanic rock soils, this is mineral-charged, beautifully structured, and savory in style, showing sour cherry fruit, cocoa nibs and baking spices on a bright, high-toned palate.
