This lemony, mineral-driven bottling is made of 100% Xarel-lo and was grown organically in the Spanish appellation of Penedes in Catalonia. Made by the well-known Cava producer Joan Sarda, this is clean and fresh on the palate with lovely breadth and viscosity. Fragrant notes of green apple, bosc pear and lemon zest round out the bright, zesty palate on this wonderful Spanish find.
