This organically farmed white Burgundy hails from 4 vineyard plots in the Macon and is comprised of 100% unoaked Chardonnay. Ample and beautifully textured with excellent fruit concentration and a lovely underpinning of saline minerality. Aged on the lees, you'll see vibrant green apple and pomelo fruit here strung along a zesty acidic backbone.
